For collection No. 46, Contemporary Remediation, Bless invited a group of clients to submit a wishlist of products they would like to see made. Bless then produced a series of these requests with characteristic irony and whimsy. Table of Contents responded to the invitation with an idea for a group bike riding accessories, from which this piece is taken. A heavy gauge bike chain is supplemented with hand-woven thread, wire, and reflexite—a material that illuminates at night when struck with a beam of light.
