How To Purchase
Please email your purchase enquiry and we will reply with a confirmation and invoice within two business days. Include your name, company name if applicable, address, telephone, and item reference number. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Once your purchase request has been confirmed and an invoice dispatched, the item will be held for 48 hours. If payment has not been received within that time, the item will be made available for sale pending receipt of payment.
Prices do not include any applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, or insurance. A final invoice will include local sales tax. In the event that an item purchased cannot be fulfilled at the price shown or in the condition offered, we will contact the purchaser to cancel the order as soon as possible. If payment has been received, we will immediately issue a return.
Items can be hired at a rate of 15% of the retail price for a period of 2 days, or 25% of the retail price for one week. A deposit totaling the full value of the piece will be held until the item is returned in original condition. Delivery can be arranged in the New York area for an additional fee. Please contact us with information about your project needs and we will respond with a proposal within two business days.
Delivery & Shipping
Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Once payment has been received, your item(s) will be available for collection by you or your chosen shipping service within one week. We will provide a list of suggested shipping services upon request. We do not assume any liability for shipping services provided or suggested by TOC, and suggest insuring any shipment for the full value of the piece.
Local curbside delivery to the New York/New Jersey area can be arranged with a third party for a fee. If you would like us to assist with arranging this service, please provide the delivery address and desired date of delivery and we will provide a quote for a local courier.
All items are vintage and sold as seen and described. We make a good-faith effort to describe any damage or faults, but customers should expect wear and signs of use consistent with the age of the piece. Returns will only be accepted if a piece has been inaccurately described. Please examine all goods and notify us within two days of receiving the item if a return is necessary. If a request is received within two days, we will issue a return authorization. To receive a full refund (less any shipping fees), the item must be returned to us within seven days of receipt in as-sold condition.
No refunds are accepted on items sourced or produced by commission. Pieces lent for hire must be returned in the condition in which they were dispatched from our showroom/warehouse, and must be returned within the timeframe noted in the rental agreement for a full refund of the deposit.
Items are owned by Table of Contents, Inc. until all money has exchanged hands and the goods have left our premises, at which point the customer assumes all liability for the item(s).
