Swedish-born Patrik Ervell earned a political science degree from UC Berkeley and worked as an editor at V before starting his own label in 2005. His minimal aesthetic focuses on military silhouettes and functional materials such as ripstop nylon and woolen knits. In 2007, Ervell won the prestigious Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award. Fall/Winter 2012 sees Ervell debuting his first women's collection.
